Simplicity
About 25% of all of Jesus’ teachings were about money and possessions—the corrupting poison of excess. For Jesus, what we now call “simplicity” is not a self-help minimalism fad. It doesn’t begin and end with a closet, a garage, or a bank account. This radical way of life puts excess to death through the purposeful discipline of pulling it up by the roots from every facet of life.
